Please use this link above to ensure that your player's information is registered in our online commitment system to ensure that we are able to issue your player a bid if applicable.
BID PROCESS
Bid Process: Coaches can hand out bids at any time after July 12th 2024. Some offers will go out immediately following the Summer tryout through email from our Online Commitment System (OCS)- these do not come from JVBC directly so make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
Players will need to accept the bid through this email to secure their spot on the team. The bids expire August 11th, 2024 at 11:59 PM. If a bid is not accepted, nor declined at this time, the club will offer a bid to the next player in line.
Please note that emails will only be sent to those granted an offer on a team. We will update our website to advise of how many remaining bids are outstanding per age group and/or when our teams are finalized. Please email us with any additional questions
